samsung 46" lcd tv with hdmi input and remote fully working order ?

i have a 46" lcd tv samsung it has hdmi input and is in fully working order with remote there is no stand as i have had it on the wall so will need to be wall hung the brackets for wall are approx 12 pound on ebay , will swap for ipad , may add cash for right ipad or 150 pound cash no offers on cash sale
