47" hd lcd tv minor faults .

This is a baird 47" its was on the wall till last week.When we turn on the tv the image come with lines.verticals lines.Its got sound and is in good condition.I am sure is just a minor problem as the tv picture come on after 20min and it was working ok for the rest off the day.Next morning again he start with lines so we are not bother to repair as we already buy another tv.so is this one is for sale.the tv is 13mth old.
